PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO MAILING YOUR INCLUSIONS.

 

Before mailing your inclusions please read shipping instructions. Failure to do so may result in your package leaking or not being accepted. For information on how to ship your materials to us, please click HERE or visit our shipping instructions page which can be found in the header of our website homepage. Our current wait time is 4-12 weeks once we have received your materials. Please ensure all materials are sent within 30 days of order date.

 

When your order is ready to ship you will receive an automated email. If your order confirmation email went to junk mail, it is likely that this one will too. Once you receive this email please allow a few days for your package to leave our studio and begin tracking. During this time we will be packaging and polishing your keepsake.
