Order Tracking

We currently pick up packages from our P.O. Box once a week. If you have sent a package to us with tracking, please allow a full week prior to emailing us regarding its arrival as we pick up packages once per week on varying days. 

You will receive an email once your package ships with tracking. Please allow a few business days prior to tracking your package. Once labels are printed it takes a few days to polish and package all orders that are shipping out. 

Our current wait time is 4-12 weeks. Unfortunately once your package is checked in we cannot provide details on a specific shipping date. Many things affect production time including how many orders are currently in process, material availability, etc. Additionally, orders may ship in a different order than they are received. Many settings and stones take different lengths of time to make based on multiple factors like inclusion type, if metal plating is needed, etc.
