Shipping Information

Please read thoroughly

We know your items are special to you, and we want to make sure they arrive in the same condition in which they were shipped. With that in mind, please read these instructions carefully.  You will receive an automated email after checking out with a shipping address.

PLEASE LABEL YOUR MATERIALS WITH THE NAME IT IS PURCHASED UNDER (IF YOUR PAYPAL STILL HAS YOUR MAIDEN NAME, ETC. THIS IS HOW YOUR MATERIALS SHOULD BE LABELED)

WE CANNOT REFERENCE ORDERS BY SHIPPING ADDRESS. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR MATERIALS ARE LABELED WITH YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER. 

** If you wish to ensure your package is delivered to us please purchase tracking at your own discretion. We update our order status page once a week which will also reflect delivery. Please DO NOT purchase postage that requires a signature on delivery, All mail is now being picked up from a P.O. Box**

** Due to an excessive amounts of packages arriving with postage due, we are unable to pay any unpaid postage on the customers behalf. Please note that if your order arrives to the post office with postage due, it will be automatically redelivered back to you and not delivered to us. It will be your responsibility to repost it with the appropriate postage.**

For ALL materials: Please make sure that each material is sent in its own envelope or zip-lock type bag. Also, please make sure each bag is labeled with your name and order number. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email. This is important, as we cannot reference orders by shipping address. If materials arrive to us unlabeled or labeled in a way that we cannot match to an order, we will list the names as they appear on the materials on the order status page. 

Are you sending 2 like items? Such as 2 locks of hair?

Please keep in mind that if you are sending multiple items to us that are the same, for example 2 locks of hair, that each is labeled with either a name or a number. These names/numbers should coordinate with your instructions to us. This is so we can make sure we add the right shimmer/sparkles to the right materials.

Breast Milk: In general about 0.5 ounce can make 2-3 small pieces or 1 larger piece. Unless specified in the listing please only send 0.5 ounce AT ROOM TEMPERATURE, sending a full bag is more likely to cause it to leak in transit.

Please make sure to double or triple bag the breast milk. You can use either 2 breast milk storage bags or a storage bag inside zip lock bags. Please also make sure to squeeze the extra air out. Please ship in a plastic padded mailer. We recommend a padded plastic envelope for a few reasons. First, plastic mailers won’t absorb anything that leaks. They also tend to be a little cheaper to mail over a box because they weigh less. Please note that if mailing in an envelope or paper mailer and your package leaks, it may be discarded by the post office, so we strongly encourage use of a plastic mailer to avoid this.

Ashes/Sand: Most of our pieces only require a teaspoon or tablespoon of ashes. Please place the ashes in a zip lock bag and write your name on it. You may ship in a padded envelope or box. Padded envelopes tend to be a little cheaper to ship. We will mail all ashes/sand not used back with your finished keepsake.

Umbilical Stump: Please place the umbilical stump into a plastic bag, write your name on it, and whit in a padded envelope or box. Padded enveloped tend to be a little cheaper to mail. Most of our umbilical jewelry only require a portion of an umbilical stump. We will mail any material not used back with your finished keepsake.

Placenta: Please place 1 placenta capsule or a 2cm x 2cm dried piece into a zip lock bag, write your name on the bag, and ship in either a padded envelope or box. Padded envelopes tend to be a little cheaper to mail.

Flowers: Please place 2 DRIED petals per jewelry piece into a zip lock bag, write your name on the bad, and ship in either a padded envelope or box. Padded envelopes tend to be a little cheaper to mail. We will mail any unused petals back to you.

Non-Organic Materials (fabric, beading, etc): We need approximately 5cm of fabric. Please place your material into a zip lock bag, write your name on it and ship in either a padded envelope or box. Padded envelopes tend to be a little cheaper.

Shipping Overseas:

A permit is not required to ship your items to us. The United States does not require a permit to import bodily fluids (breast milk), human tissue or remains unless the material contains or is suspected to contain an infectious biological agent. This information can be obtained here”
